The Triad is the name given to an intersection of three major socio-cultural groups. The Novalands, the City-States of Secundus and the Southern Realms. With only some foothills separating each other, everything in these lands has influenced everything else. The biomes shift and ebb and flow. Ideas, designs and concepts from Secundus have spread to the Novalands and the Southern Realms and vice-versa.

It's also a boundary of sorts between the Sacerdozio Godshards and the Adamite Godshards. With Sacerdozio Godshards from the Novalands and parts of Secundus vying for favor against Adamites from other parts of Secundus and the Southern Realms. At present, the Adamites are 'winning' with most of Secundus having turned Adamite following the Imperial Terror. Yet all things change and inevitably the Sacerdozio will even the odds once more.
